Managing Partner
Dennis A. Baird is the Managing Partner of The Law Firm of Baird & Baird, LLC., and is a renowned and highly respected member of the legal community. He has represented hundreds of parties in immigration, personal injury, family law, employment and wills, estates and probate matters, social security benefits, criminal misdemeanors, and corporate/business law.
He started his legal career working for the District of Columbia Office of Campaign Finance as a Chief Hearing Examiner with the Board of Elections & Ethics, where he helped to enforce the District of Columbia conflict of interest laws relating to all D.C. public officials.
In the spring of 1981, he entered private practice, where he gained invaluable experience as a transactional and litigation attorney in the aforementioned areas of law. As a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and has obtained substantial monetary compensation, awards, and benefits on behalf of many clients.

Attorney Sean A. Baird has represented clients since 2004 in matters of immigration, personal injury, family law, wills, estates and probate, and criminal misdemeanor litigation. He has defended numerous clients in deportation and removal proceedings.
Attorney Baird has prepared legal briefs and presented oral arguments before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Sean Baird has the experience necessary to represent clients in civil and criminal litigation, including bench and jury trials before a variety of agencies and state and federal courts.
Sean Baird has a reputation for industriousness, diligence, and compassion to achieve the best results for his clients. He graduated from Depaul University with a Bachelor in Business Administration and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. He has also gained invaluable experience and knowledge from his employment with the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge, Executive Office of Immigration Review.
