Baird, Esq., began practicing law in June 1978 and subsequently established a private practice in November of 1981. Decedent’s Estate
The Law Firm handles matters relating to the drafting of wills and trusts and the administration of probate. During probate, a Court will oversee the transfer of property from the estate of the deceased to their respective beneficiaries.
In each probate matter, we render advice, assist clients with the completion and filing of the necessary probate forms, and make appearances in the respective probate courts. Additionally, we ensure that prompt and accurate reports are filed, creditors are paid, and distribution is made to the proper persons.
